Project Manager 

SIGA Technologies, Inc (www.siga.com) is seeking a Project Manager to join our R&D team in Corvallis, Oregon. The successful candidate will support activities on a federally funded contract. The position will assist in implementing an Earned Value Management System (EVMS). This individual must be able to operate in a team comprised of company employees, subcontractors, consultants, and federal partners. This position will report to the Director of Project Management. 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience: 

• Project management experience on government funded grants and/or contracts 
• Industry and/or government experience in applying earned value to project management including knowledge and understanding of the ANSI-748 Standard 
• Well versed in Microsoft Project including EVMS tools 
• Experience preparing monthly contract performance reports, cost schedule status reports, and associated analysis to identify variance and corrective actions 
• Skills necessary to prepare and archive required documentation to support contract and subcontract activities 
• Experience with monitoring and evaluating vendor/subcontract EVMS performance is required for the position
